Briton Engineering Developments has announced that it has been contracted to design and build their latest Snowflex® project in Branson, Missouri in the USA.
Briton were awarded the order, from Combs Family Ventures, who own and operate Branson Zip Lines and Canopy Tours, to design and build the USA’s largest synthetic tubing run using the high performance snow sports surface Snowflex®.
Located in Walnut Shade, near Branson, Missouri, Combs Family Ventures offers a wholesome environment where friends, families and groups enjoy a tranquil setting, spending quality time together with an abundance of activities to do.
Situated in the beautiful Ozarks, the on-site activities include a variety of family programmes of exhilarating zip lines, canopy tours, and walking safaris.
Despite all these wonderful activities the Branson Zip Lines and Canopy Tours business is not standing still. The facility is expanding the ability to offer the traditional winter activity of tubing throughout the spring, summer and fall with the inclusion of a purpose designed and built Snowflex® tubing slope from Briton Engineering Developments Ltd.
Allowing up to eight tubes to run down the slope simultaneously, the 88m x 18m (290’ x 60’) Snowflex® tubing slope has been designed to give maximum thrills to children of all ages, and all in the beautiful setting of the Ozark Mountains in Branson, Missouri.
